Lawspect is a blog, covering highly researched articles on topics of corporate and financial laws. We at Lawspect, ponder and delve into the unexplored facets of laws. Not as simple as it sounds, there are various legal aspects to any thing - there are multi-dimensional laws governing transactions today and it is important to understand each and every legal aspect especially in a highly dynamic legal environment.
At Lawspect, we attempt to study, what we may call, the interaction or product of collusion of the multifarious laws. Any law is not to be read in isolation - it has various factors attached to it. For instance, global laws, court precedents, industry practices and execution feasibility play a key role in determining its application. Accordingly, at Lawspect we study each of these aspects in legnth.
About the Author
Ridhima has qualified as a Company Secretary in 2022. In the journey of becoming a legal professional, she has developed an interest for reading, analysing and writing about legal topics. She believes that as Company Secretaries, it is our role not only to ensure compliance of law, but ensure they are abided in spirit. With this idea, she attempts to analyse what lies between the lines.
Apart from being an avid learner, Ridhima is also a fitness enthusiast and has played taekwondo at the state level.
